Diabetic Recipe - Heart Healthy Recipe - Gluten Free RecipeYield: 4 servings 3 cups fresh green beans
1 cup plum tomatoes
1 Tbsp Italian salad dressing*
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
freshly ground black pepper
Snap ends off of green beans and steam until tender.
Saute plum tomatoes over medium heat, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add salad dressing, lemon juice and pepper. Toss to coat. Top green beans with tomatoes. Serve warm.
*For celiac diets, make from scratch or double check ingredient list to ensure dressing is gluten free.
